Radiation Oncology Specialist

Are you a highly skilled medical professional looking to advance your career in radiation oncology? We have an exciting opportunity for a Radiation Oncology Specialist to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales.
We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for continuing professional development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist oncological services to the population served, with a focus on common cancers and agreed appropriate oncology subspecialties. You will work closely with colleagues in other Divisions to assist in providing an efficient service for patients transferring between different disciplines and during the patient journey.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with patients, relatives, and members of the clinical team. You should also be able to gain confidence and trust, cope with pressure, and respond to change.
