Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Radiologist with a special interest in interventional radiology to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, North Wales.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of eleven consultant radiologists, contributing to delivering specialist interventional services, including the development of interventional oncology services. You will also contribute to work in the vascular hybrid suite in Glan Clwyd Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality imaging services, including cross-sectional imaging.
  • Contribute to teaching, quality assurance, and service management within your specialist area.
  • Participate in on-call rotas, including tele-radiology via home workstations.
Requirements
  • FRCR or equivalent qualification.
  • Training and experience in interventional radiology.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £83,000 - £117,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
