Medical Secretary Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Secretary to support our clients in Rhyl. This is a full-time office-based role, covering a gap in the team until Christmas, with potential for long-term extension.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will provide comprehensive medical administration support to 2 consultants, managing complex diaries and prioritizing conflicting interests.
- You will be responsible for issuing medical results, performing general office administration tasks, and acting as a point of contact for patients and medical staff.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a medical secretary is preferred, but we also consider candidates with experience in medical records or patient administration.
- You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in dealing with patient enquiries via phone.
Compensation Package:
The hourly rate for this position is up to £15 per hour, inclusive of holiday roll-up and paid weekly.
