Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team in North Wales. The successful candidate will work closely with North Wales Police and other agencies to provide high-quality support to victims and witnesses of crime.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide immediate and short-term intervention via telephone to individuals impacted by crime
* Conduct initial impact and risk assessments to identify the needs of service users
* Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the individual needs of service users
* Collaborate with other agencies to ensure seamless provision of services

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in a trauma-informed role or related field
* Strong understanding of the criminal justice system and victim support services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 33 days plus Bank Holidays
