Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Support Ethics Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in residential care settings, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing daily living support to individuals in residential care settings, including assistance with personal care tasks, medication management, and household chores.
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs, such as physical or learning disabilities, by adapting our approach to meet their unique requirements.
  • Building positive relationships with clients, families, and carers, fostering trust, open communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to senior staff members in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in social sciences.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in residential care settings, showcasing expertise and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, accommodating diverse scheduling needs.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and a competitive benefits package.
