As a Nurse Functional Assessor, you will conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to gather information about a person's disability or health condition. You will use this information to produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions determine a person's eligibility for benefits. Your compassion and experience will play a crucial role in helping customers move forward with their lives.
