Social Care Manager Assistant

We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join our Family Help team as an Assistant Team Manager.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the transformation of our social care practice.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to children and families, focusing on contextualized safeguarding for adolescents and multi-agency practices.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the Hampshire Approach, ensuring the child's voice is heard and their views recorded.
- Maintain high standards of practice and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve these standards.
- Conduct pre-birth and parenting assessments, and contribute to multi-agency practices.
To be considered for this role, you should have at least three years of experience in frontline statutory social care practice, working with children, young people, and their families.
You should possess a Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
