Companionship and Care Specialist

Cera Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Farnborough and surrounding areas. In this fulfilling role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, supporting them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
As a Care Assistant with Cera Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored support that meets their unique needs. With a focus on person-centred care, you will enable our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations, while also developing your skills and experience in a dynamic and caring environment.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £13.50 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £13.75 per hour (weekends), plus additional benefits including enhanced bank holiday rate, guaranteed hours available for those with flexible availability, and access to our benefits and discounts platform WeCare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including managing medications and assisting with domestic tasks
- Supporting clients with continence issues and providing emotional support
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families
