We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding role that requires patience, kindness, and the ability to handle a variety of situations.
About the Role:
We offer a guaranteed income contract, with the opportunity to earn a premium rate for working during certain hours. You will also receive paid mileage, travel time, and training. We provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure your success in the role.
Your Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily activities and provide companionship
• Provide emotional support and help clients maintain their independence
• Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to the care management team
Requirements:
• Be over 18 and have a valid driving license and car
• Have good English skills and a kind, reliable nature
• Experience in a care setting is beneficial, but full training and support will be provided
