About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Home Care Manager to lead our team of carers and deliver exceptional home care services to our clients. As a Senior Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of carers and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to deliver high-quality care;
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients;
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the branch, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies;
  • Build strong relationships with clients, carers, and other stakeholders;
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff;
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively;
  • Participate in auditing processes and contribute to the development of the business.
Requirements:
  • (QCF) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management;
  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and company policies.
Salary:

The salary for this position is £50,000 per annum, plus benefits.
