Job Title: Senior Home Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Home Care Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of carers and ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and promote a positive culture within the branch;
  • Manage staffing levels, budget, performance, capacity, and records;
  • Develop and maintain operational performance of the branch, service, staff, and carers;
  • Promote new care packages and maintain quality standards;
  • Ensure branch and carer compliance with CQC regulations and company policies;
  • Support new carers and office staff;
  • Contribute to client care plans and provide effective leadership to staff;
  • Manage staff performance, conduct reviews, and supervise senior team members;
  • Manage client meetings, office team meetings, and bi-weekly meetings with the Operations Manager;
  • Build relationships with the Training and Recruitment Departments;
  • Administer the branch, manage accounts, and ensure payroll information is accurate;
  • Liaise with the Quality Assurance Manager and participate in auditing processes;
  • Manage client records and develop the business to grow the Home Care Team and Client Portfolio;
  • Attend training courses and emergency care calls.
Required Qualifications:

(QCF) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management

Salary:

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
