Senior Home Care Professional

Melody Care is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Home Care Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and has the ability to lead and motivate a team. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid holiday and company pension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in consultation with clients and families
- Supervise and train junior care staff to ensure they meet the highest standards
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care or related field
- QCF NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Experience in care or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
