We are seeking a highly skilled Family Support Services Manager to lead our innovative Step Up Step Down programme in Powys.
About The Programme
The Step Up Step Down programme is a pioneering approach to supporting families on the edge of care, demonstrating a reduction in the numbers of children coming into care, and improved outcomes for children and families.
About The Role
The Family Support Services Manager will be the main point of contact for implementation and delivery of Step Up Step Down, working closely with the local authority team and community services.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives, experiences and outcomes for children and young people, with experience of working alongside families and delivering training to parents.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work within a trauma informed setting, with a solution focused approach, and be located within the authority or within a reasonable travel distance.
