Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions in Sheffield. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual who is passionate about acquiring new business and driving sales growth.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 basic salary plus uncapped lucrative commission plan
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business accounts and up/cross selling skills. They will need to have excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills, as well as experience of working with a CRM system.

- Adhere to training given by Sales Manager/s
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar sales role or capacity in Construction or a Construction related Industry. They should be confident on the telephone as well as face-to-face and have a proven sales qualification process and can manage a number of opportunities and a sales pipeline.
