We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join Aesthetic Search, a renowned recruitment agency specializing in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and experience in a rapidly growing sector, working closely with a leading company to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within salons, aesthetic skin clinics, and medical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the beauty and aesthetics industry, focusing on salons, spas, aesthetic skin clinics, and medical practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Presents and demonstrates cutting-edge aesthetic devices to prospective customers, highlighting their benefits.
- Develops and implements tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborates with marketing and product teams to stay informed about the latest trends and product developments.
- Attends industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase products and generate new leads.
- Provides excellent after-sales service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly reports on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An NVQ3 or equivalent, as you will need to demonstrate the device.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the beauty, aesthetics, or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare devices and aesthetic equipment.
