Job Description:
We are seeking a Well-being Support Assistant to join our team at EDEX. In this role, you will provide support to students with SEND and SEMH needs, working closely with teachers and specialists to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to students with complex needs
• Facilitate task differentiation for students
• Collaborate with teachers to develop high-quality interventions
• Utilize expertise to create bespoke plans for students

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., special education, psychology)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or awareness of working with students with SEND or SEMH needs
• Flexible and committed to providing high-quality support
• Genuine enthusiasm for promoting student well-being and success
The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
