We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Growth Opportunities Executive to join our team in Manchester.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in business development and be passionate about driving growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential growth areas and collaborate with management to set actionable goals.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives to raise brand awareness and promote services.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with legal teams to cross-sell services and identify new revenue streams.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business development role preferably within professional services or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of the legal sector or professional services is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
