Strategic Visionary for Global Growth

At Brambles, we're pioneering a sustainable share-and-reuse business model that's revolutionizing the way goods are transported. As our SVP, Group Strategy, you'll be instrumental in driving this vision forward.
With a strong track record of advising on growth and increasing profitability in competitive markets, you'll align our global priorities with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and partner with regional presidents to define and execute strategies consistent with these goals. Your entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen will help us stay focused on delivering long-term objectives while addressing short-term imperatives.
We're looking for someone who can anticipate future trends accurately and paint a compelling picture of possibilities. With a deep understanding of how businesses work, you'll see the big picture and manage the organization considering various metrics like revenue, ROI, cash flow, and operating profit.
As a strategic leader, you'll lead and improve the annual strategy planning process, including leadership strategy reviews and the annual Brambles' Strategy board. You'll also ensure individual business unit and regional plans are consistent with the strategy, sufficient to deliver it, and command the support and confidence of the ELT and Board.
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and experience in strategy development and execution. This role is based in Brambles headquarters, but we offer hybrid remote work options to ensure work-life balance and flexibility.
