We are seeking a talented Salon Account Manager to join our team in the Liverpool region.
Job Overview:
This role involves building strong relationships with hairdressing and barber shops in the designated area, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales and account management for assigned customers and areas
- Growth of sales and recruitment of new customers
- Supporting customers in developing their business
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring loyalty
- Carrying out administrative and planning tasks
Essential Skills:
- 4-6 years in sales position, preferably in similar sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- User computer skills and full driving license
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on performance and experience. Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of annual salary.
