Job Overview

The Commercial Sales Leader role is an exciting opportunity to lead personal sales and prospecting initiatives in a dynamic and growing organisation. With set hours of 09:00-17:00, this office-based position is located in Cheshunt.

About the Role
This challenging position involves handling incoming calls from existing commercial customers, providing advice and ensuring coverage is accurate. Additionally, you will engage in face-to-face and telesales to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also identify new markets and convert prospects into loyal customers, contributing to the growth of our customer base and sales pipeline.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To develop and execute strategies to successfully sell the company's products and services, including Risk Management and life leads.
  2. To lead personal sales and prospecting initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  3. To handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
