Leasehold Account Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Leasehold Account Manager. This is a part-time role, requiring 18.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will manage the preparation of annual leasehold accounts and service charge recovery.
- You will review charges and ensure accuracy and proportionality.
- You will provide high-quality customer service to our home owners.
**Requirements**
- You will have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
- You will be able to interpret legal documents relating to leasehold sales and shared ownership.
- You will be competent in using complex spreadsheets for accounting.
**Benefits**
- We offer a competitive salary range of £31,658 - £35,175 (pro rata) per annum, depending on experience.
