We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ad Warrior Ltd.

Our company is a fast-growing independent acoustic consultancy, specializing in environmental noise, live event & entertainment noise, and building acoustics. We pride ourselves on being professional friendly and offer a unique work environment that values teamwork and innovation.
The Role
This exciting new opportunity involves supporting our professional friendly team with various administrative tasks, including data management, social media profiles, phone calls, enquiries, and requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining office systems, including data entry for monthly accounts and VAT records;
- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills;
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration, preferably in a similar industry;
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook;
- Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
