About the Role

The Retail Partnership Ltd is looking for a skilled Assistant Account Coordinator to join our team in London. This full-time position involves working with various brands and supporting the account coordinators to confirm and deliver orders to our key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain accurate customer buy sheets
  2. Communicate essential data to each customer
  3. Accurately record all order details in our buy plan (quantities/size breakdowns/purchase order numbers)
  4. Verify and rectify discrepancies in received purchase orders
  5. Efficiently add sales orders to SAP and adhere to timeframes
  6. Effectively manage sales orders, making adjustments as needed
  7. Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely order processing and flag potential delays
  8. Update available stock reports regularly for weekly trading analysis
  9. Regularly review sold-out styles and share insights with the sample coordinator
  10. Generate and distribute critical path reports to customers on a weekly basis
  11. Resolve invoice-related queries in conjunction with the finance team
  12. Coordinate sample distribution to buyers and track their return
  13. Prepare and coordinate samples for customer meetings
  14. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing necessary documentation

This role is based in our London head office and requires 5 days of attendance per week.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
