Job Title: Accounts Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing purchase invoices, processing bank loan transactions, and ensuring accurate cash management transfers and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and code purchase invoices in a timely manner
  • Manage bank loan transactions, including regular reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate cash management transfers and reconcile bank statements
  • Process expense claims and verify credit card payments
  • Coordinate intercompany loans, including monthly schedules and interest payments
  • Provide general assistance to the finance team and complete ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile data

What We Offer:
