Accounts and HR Coordinator

Pertemps Glasgow is currently seeking a highly skilled Accounts and HR Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial forecasting, filing HR documentation, tracking staff holidays, performing ad-hoc clinical admin tasks, responding to clinic emails and phone calls professionally, and possessing proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts.
Job DescriptionAs an Accounts and HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business by providing administrative support to the team. This will include conducting financial forecasting, filing HR documentation, tracking staff holidays, and performing ad-hoc clinical admin tasks.
Responsibilities- Conduct financial forecasting to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Filing HR documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Tracking staff holidays to prevent any disruptions in the work flow.
- Performing ad-hoc clinical admin tasks as required by the company.
- Responding to clinic emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in accounts, with a strong proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts. You must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills.
