This role requires someone with experience in customer service, team management, and problem-solving skills. As the Account Manager Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently. They must also be able to analyze information, make informed decisions, and provide solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet customer expectations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinating pricing for clients on new products and producing relevant proposals
  • Providing advice and assistance to customers on products, services, design, and production methods
  • Understanding data formats, manufacturing capabilities, and postal options to support customers
