Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Substance Misuse Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Via in Surrey, UK.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent substance misuse treatment services to service users and their significant others.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting client re-engagement into treatment services
  • Reducing unsuccessful discharges and increasing positive outcomes for clients
  • Managing a caseload, coordinating and delivering assessment and evidence-based interventions, recovery planning and aftercare planning
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Co-facilitating SMART Recovery Groups and Recovery Cafés

About i-access

i-access is an integrated service delivered in partnership by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) and Via. It provides substance misuse treatment for people aged 18 and onwards within Surrey.

Location and Benefits

The role is Surrey-wide with an admin base in Woking, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to improving the lives of those affected by substance misuse.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave, health and wellbeing initiatives, financial perks and development opportunities.
