We are seeking an experienced Substance Misuse Rehabilitation Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Surrey.

Job Summary

This exciting opportunity will involve working with individuals struggling with drug and alcohol issues, providing them with support and guidance to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client re-engagement into treatment services
  • Reduce unsuccessful discharges and increase positive outcomes for clients
  • Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others
  • Manage a caseload, coordinating and delivering assessment and evidence-based interventions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in substance misuse treatment services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of local substance misuse services and resources

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and access to training and development opportunities.
