Job Title: Drug and Alcohol Recovery Practitioner
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Practitioner. The successful candidate will work closely with our staff and partners to provide targeted interventions and support to individuals with complex drug and alcohol needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assertive outreach services to engage and re-engage individuals with drug and alcohol treatment.
- Work closely with partners from neighbourhood policing teams, probation, housing, and health and social care agencies to provide wrap-around risk management focused care.
- Assist service users to access treatment services and make sustained changes to improve their lives.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with individuals with complex drug and alcohol needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
