About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Forward Trust as a Band 7 Non Medical Prescriber in our substance misuse service at HMP Send and Coldingley.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be working with vulnerable adults presenting complex needs, providing high-quality clinical assessment and treatment.

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with a passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical assessment and treatment to individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to deliver psychosocial and clinical interventions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
