Willow Den, a leading provider of outdoor early learning and childcare, is seeking a skilled Early Years Outdoor Support Worker to join our team.

As an Early Years Outdoor Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality outdoor childcare and learning experiences. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the Early Years team in setting up outdoor spaces and delivering outdoor learning experiences.
• Providing personal care and implementing the daily routine, including snacks, lunches, and cleaning rotas.
• Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures, and following Risk Assessments and Health and Safety procedures.

You will be a qualified practitioner, ideally holding a SCQF level 6 qualification in Childhood Practice/Early Years and Young People, or willing to work towards this. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
