The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We require an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Outdoor Support Worker to support the daily routine, including setting up outdoor spaces and delivering outdoor childcare and learning experiences.

Responsibilities include:
• Supporting children with personal care, including snacks, lunches, and cleaning rotas.
• Complying with organisational policies and procedures, and following Risk Assessments and Health and Safety procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Qualified to SCQF level 6 in Childhood Practice/Early Years and Young People, or willing to work towards this.
• Reliable and enthusiastic, with a passion for working in outdoor early learning and childcare.
