Cyber Security Awareness Programme Lead

This is a fantastic chance to shape the Security Awareness space for a leading brand. As a Security Awareness Manager, you will be responsible for leading a comprehensive information security awareness programme, developing a training strategy, and delivering content to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a security awareness programme to educate employees on information security best practices.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence and shape the organisation's security awareness strategy.
- Design and deliver engaging training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Measure the effectiveness of the programme and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends to ensure the programme remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading a cyber awareness programme or function, with a strong track record of developing and delivering training content.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, including security frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT etc).
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team.
- Current SC Clearance or higher (DV/EDV) is required for this role.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with the possibility of extension. The role offers a competitive daily rate of up to £650 and a fully remote working environment.
