Cyber Security Lead

PDS Cyber Services seeks an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Cyber Security Lead, reporting directly to our leadership team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our threat detection and response strategy. Your primary goal will be to identify and mitigate potential security risks to our systems and data.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in driving incident investigations, developing security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with our security operations team to ensure the effective detection and response to cyber threats. This includes monitoring security event logs, analyzing network traffic, and conducting vulnerability assessments.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
We offer a competitive salary of £**80,000 - £90,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days' annual leave, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career development and growth.
