About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned cyber security professional to join our team as our first Cyber Security Culture and Behaviours Lead. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security, you will be responsible for driving cyber security engagement and behavioural change across Post Office Limited.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to design and deliver bespoke training campaigns that are both creative and innovative, promoting a people-first cyber security engagement programme to support all colleagues in their development of cyber knowledge, skills, and behaviours.

Your key responsibilities will include creating cyber security engagement programmes using segmented initiatives, implementing and utilising training & awareness tools, developing internal cyber team capabilities through role-specific training, and providing training & awareness experience within cyber security.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, 27.5 days annual leave, up to 18% on target bonus opportunity, car allowance, generous pension contribution, life assurance, income protection after 12 months service, full support from our employee assistance programme, and access to our employee benefits platform.

  • Training & awareness experience within cyber security
  • At least 3 years of experience in cyber security awareness and behavioural change, with some experience in a large enterprise
  • Proven track record of creating cyber security engagement programmes
