About this role:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and caring Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care & Education.
  • As a key member of our staff team, you will be responsible for supporting young people with their daily needs, including morning routines, hobbies, and social activities.
  • You will also prepare evening meals and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key benefits:

  • A highly competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, including our SHINE programme for therapeutic training.
  • The opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced staff team.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with young people and colleagues.
