About the Role:
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Your excellent leadership skills, combined with your knowledge of childcare practices, will enable you to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including casual dress, company events, and a bonus scheme. Additionally, you will have opportunities for overtime, a DBS Check funded by us, and food provided when on shift.

Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Valid UK driving license
* At least two years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent leadership skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable children
