Job Overview:
This exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care & Education. The successful candidate will support young people in daily life within our homes, including assisting with hobbies, social activities, friendships, learning new skills, morning routines, evening meals, and relaxation time. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who shares our passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Support young people in daily life within our homes, including assisting with hobbies, social activities, friendships, learning new skills, morning routines, evening meals, and relaxation time. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of young people. Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, parents/carers, and external agencies. Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred plans for young people. Provide accurate and timely reports to management and other stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices in residential childcare.
