We are seeking an experienced Childcare Team Lead to join our team and deliver high-quality care for children in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, a valid UK driving license, and previous experience in a similar role.

About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Your excellent leadership skills, combined with your knowledge of childcare practices, will enable you to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including casual dress, company events, and a bonus scheme. Additionally, you will have opportunities for overtime, a DBS Check funded by us, and food provided when on shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, a valid UK driving license, and at least two years' experience in a similar role. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire your team, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable children.
