Horizon Care & Education is a leading provider of residential care services for young people. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team.
About the role:
- As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to young people in a safe and nurturing environment.
- You will work closely with our experienced staff team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Your primary focus will be on supporting young people with their daily life tasks, hobbies, and social activities, as well as preparing evening meals and ensuring a safe space to relax.
Benefits:
- We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
