In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within diverse educational settings, providing essential support to students with unique learning requirements, including those with learning disabilities, complex care needs, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in their academic tasks.
- Facilitate an enriching educational experience for learners.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored lesson plans.
- Provide emotional and social support to students.
- Foster a conducive learning environment for students.
Requirements:
- A patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting children and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
- Previous experience is not mandatory, but any background in education, youth mentoring, sports coaching, or similar roles will be advantageous.
Successful candidates will undergo reference checks and must possess or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS clearance through Protocol Education.
