We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Hotel Revenue Growth Executive to join our team at Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, a 4-star hotel located just outside Crewe.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to maximise bedroom, meetings and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries as well as proactively promoting the hotel while meeting client expectations. As a pivotal role, you will be the first impression a customer has of our hotel, and your strong customer service skills will be essential in delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries;
- Proactively promote the hotel while meeting client expectations;
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences as the first point of contact;
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.
