About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Interim General Manager to lead our Anaesthetics, Perioperative and ITU services, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and driving operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver responsive and effective care.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Healthcare or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £60,000, based on a daily rate of £50.27 per hour.
