Job Summary

The Fortius Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Care Specialist to join their team as an Orthopaedic Theatre Team Lead. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of the theatre department.

About the Role
  • Lead the orthopaedic theatre team in providing high-quality perioperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective working practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in surgical practice, including perioperative and orthopaedic experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
