About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced E-Learning Specialist to join our System Change Team as part of our digital transformation strategy. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract opportunity that offers flexibility and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality eLearning materials for our colleagues, ranging from induction to leadership
  • Work closely with stakeholders and system subject matter experts to clarify learning outcomes and develop engaging digital solutions
  • Explore effective digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our diverse job roles
  • Evaluate data to inform learning solutions and propose creative ideas to enhance learner engagement
  • Update existing eLearning modules in response to changes in legislation, user feedback, and enhancements
  • SOURCE, ENGAGE, AND DEVELOP EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL TRAINING PROVIDERS
Requirements
  • Previous experience in developing high-quality eLearning materials
  • Skilled in the use of rapid eLearning Course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Ability to create course storyboards/rapid prototypes and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders
  • Experience of managing a project, including communications and stakeholder management
  • Track record of taking the lead in solving problems and driving results quickly
  • Previous experience of sourcing, implementing, and managing a Learning Management System (Cornerstone would be advantageous)
