As an eLearning Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing engaging and effective digital learning solutions for our diverse workforce. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand learning needs and design impactful eLearning content.
Your Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning objectives, design briefs, and develop high-quality eLearning materials.
- Create innovative and engaging digital learning experiences using rapid eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Evaluate data and learner feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of our eLearning programs.
- Proactively propose creative ideas to enhance our current learning strategies and learner engagement.
- Manage projects effectively, including communication, stakeholder management, and timely delivery.
- Source, engage with, and develop relationships with external training providers.
- Proven experience in developing high-quality eLearning materials across various learning levels (e.g., induction, leadership).
- Proficiency in using rapid eLearning authoring tools.
- Experience as an instructional designer or eLearning Developer is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
- Experience managing projects, including communication and stakeholder engagement.
