Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Specialist to join our System Change Team as part of our digital transformation strategy. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract opportunity that will allow you to make a significant impact on our organization's digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging and interactive eLearning content for our colleagues, focusing on digital capability and system navigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify learning outcomes, design briefs, and develop effective learning solutions.
- Design and develop creative digital solutions, exploring the most effective forms of eLearning that meet the needs of our diverse job roles.
- Evaluate data to inform the development of eLearning content and propose innovative ideas to enhance our current learning and learner engagement.
- Update existing eLearning modules in response to changes in legislation, user feedback, and enhancements.
- SOURCE, ENGAGE, AND DEVELOP EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL TRAINING PROVIDERS.
- Previous experience in developing high-quality eLearning materials, including induction and leadership training.
- Proficiency in rapid eLearning course authoring tools, such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to create course storyboards and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing projects, including communications and stakeholder management.
- Track record of taking the lead in solving problems and driving results quickly.
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Cornerstone, is advantageous.
