Tradewind Recruitment is in search of a committed Educational Support Specialist to become part of a mainstream primary educational institution.
This full-time position entails collaborating closely with a student who has unique learning requirements, delivering vital assistance to improve their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to a student with special educational needs within a standard classroom environment.
- Assist in executing tailored learning strategies.
- Encourage the student in developing both social and academic competencies.
- Work in partnership with educators and other school personnel to ensure the student's requirements are fulfilled.
- Track and communicate the student's progress to guardians and educational staff.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience with children who have special educational needs is beneficial.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a sincere enthusiasm for working with young learners.
