About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our team at Utilita Energy. As a key member of our Procode Technology team, you will be responsible for leading the design, technical analysis, architecture, development, and enhancement of multiple customer-facing and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the design and technical analysis of complex software systems
  • Develop and enhance multiple customer-facing and internal systems
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements in the field
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a technical lead or senior software engineer
  • Strong knowledge of C# and associated.NET technologies
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
