Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to join our team. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading on the design, technical analysis, architecture, development, and enhancement of multiple customer-facing and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C# and associated.NET technologies.
  • Lead on technical analysis, architecture, and development of multiple customer-facing and internal systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements in the industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technical lead in a software development team.
  • Strong knowledge of C# and associated.NET technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
